Creator Outreach
Finds creators in your niche, qualifies them on real engagement, writes a first email that cites one of their actual posts, negotiates inside your budget band, and chases the deliverable. Email first, always.
Who it is for
The owner who has DMed forty creators and heard back from two, and the marketer who needs budget exposure as a number before any email leaves.
What it reads from the brain
Before every run. Sections are addressed as layer.section.
What it does, step by step
- Discover
Searches Instagram, TikTok and YouTube through vendor endpoints for your niche keywords. Collects three candidates for every one you asked for.
- Enrich
Per candidate: followers, average likes and comments over the last 12 posts, post frequency, last post date, bio, link in bio, public email if present.
- Qualify
Engagement rate is average likes plus comments over followers, with the right denominator per platform. Under 1.5 percent or over 15 percent is rejected (the second looks bought). Last post over 45 days is rejected. Bio outside the niche is rejected. Fit is scored 1 to 5 against who buys from you. Every rejection carries a reason.
- Price
Estimated rate from platform CPM tables, adjusted for engagement credibility. Anyone over your per creator maximum is marked over band, ask first.
- Contact path
Public email, then an email finder on their domain, then the link in bio. Creators with no email are listed as no contact path and are not messaged.
- Draft
One first touch email per creator, under 120 words: your one sentence, why this creator specifically with a recent post cited, the ask (product plus fee inside band, or product only), and a clear yes or no. Never a template that reads as one.
- Send (Act)
One approval for the batch: Send n first emails? Here are three of them. Budget exposure if all say yes: the sum. On approve, sends from your own mailbox, rate limited to 20 a day. Every send logged in the deal store.
- Negotiate (Act, Autonomous)
Replies arrive through your mailbox. Each is classified yes, counter, no or question, and the next message is drafted. A counter inside band pauses for your approval unless you have switched on autonomous closing. A counter over band always pauses. A no is closed with one polite line, no follow up.
- Close
Sends the brief and deliverable date, creates the deal record with usage rights as an explicit field, logs the decision. If Shopify is connected, creates a draft order at 100 percent discount for shipping the product.
- Chase
One reminder the day after the due date. One more seven days later. Then marked overdue and stopped. Never a third.

The three modes for this agent
Steps 1 to 6. You get the ranked list with reject reasons and the drafted first emails to send yourself. Nothing connected.
Steps 1 to 10 with approvals at the send batch, at every over band counter, and by default at every close.
Every Tuesday at 07:00: ten new candidates, plus continuous reply handling. Batch first emails still pause for approval, always. Closing inside band without a tap only if you switch that flag on; it is off by default.
Guardrails and approvals
Enforced in code. Items with a filled circle wait for your tap in Telegram.
- Per creator and monthly budget ceilings from your budget band. A close that would breach either is impossible; the tool refuses.
- 20 first emails per day. 3 follow ups per creator lifetime. Never a fourth message to a silent creator.
- First touch is always email. Instagram DMs only through the official API and only to a creator who commented or messaged first, within the window.
- Sends only from your own connected mailbox. Never from our domain.
- Never promises a fee above band. Never promises usage rights it does not have; rights are requested explicitly and recorded.
- Every first email cites one specific recent post. A generic compliment is rejected and redrafted.
- Budget exposure is shown as a number before any send is requested.
- X impressions are never treated as views when pricing.
What it writes back to the brain
